Due to District policies and COVID concerns, volunteers are currently not allowed on campus.

Getting Involved

Parent and community involvement is essential to the successful education of our children.  Volunteering for our school not only helps the students and staff, but more importantly shows the children that they are important to us. We appreciate the important ways our volunteers help us and encourage you to become a part of our volunteer team.

 

Whether you are interested in volunteering for a single event, a field trip or would like to help out with one of the many committees, your involvement will make a HUGE difference!

Parents, guardians, grandparents and older siblings are encouraged to volunteer.

Registration must be completed every school year. Registrations for the 2021 - 2022 school year is open now.

Registration Process

Anchor 1

Step 1: Round Rock ISD Application

First, you must register with the Round Rock ISD using their online application. This process can take 48 hours and will add you to the Raptor Check-in System for our campus. The Raptor System prints out a photo sticker badge for you to wear while on campus. 

Step 2: Herrington Volunteer Form

Fill out this form so we have your contact information and volunteer preferences. There is never any obligation to volunteer.
