Round Rock ISD Learning Communities Parent Forums


On Wednesday, Sept. 27 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. you are invited to attend a Stony Point Learning Community Parent Forum at Stony Point High School in the Lecture Hall.

Parents and guardians of elementary and secondary students from each school within the Stony Point Learning Community will have the opportunity to participate in active discussions and provide input into District planning. The forum will be led by Stony Point Area Superintendent Natalie Nichols.

1. Introductions & Celebrations

2. Why Learning Communities?

3. Discussion Groups/Rotations

  • What makes our learning community unique and special? What are our strengths as a community?

  • What do we value as a community?

  • What is our vision and goals for our learning community? To what do we aspire?

  • What are some future discussion items?

  • How can we best hear the voice of the community?

  • How do we get our message out to the community? Possible strategies and venues?
