The Reflections Art Competition is held each year and encourages students to create and submit works of art in six categories: dance choreography, film production, literature, musical composition, photography, and visual arts. This year's theme is "What is Your Story?" Tell us your story in one of the six artistic categories. Submissions are due no later than November 15, 2016. Join us on Saturday, October 29 at 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Herrington Elementary parking lot for Trunk or Treat 2016! This is a FREE night of fun and LOTS of candy for all of our families. Box Tops are being collected from October 17- November 4! One class from EACH grade level will be a winner! Winners will receive a Popcorn Party, a Trophy and of course, Bragging Rights! How it works: Box Tops for Education are found on many common grocery and household goods. These labels are “free money” that comes right back to our school. Hawks Sweaters are coming! We have two Hawks sweater options this fall. Choose a Pullover hoodie with the Hawks logo on the front or a Zipper hoodie with the logo on the back. Sweaters are available in Youth and Adult Sizes in maroon. To order, print and fill out the Sweater Order Form and turn in to your teacher. Forms will be accepted until Thursday, October 20th. Sweaters will be ordered and delivered to your student in early November.
