The Herrington Box Top Collection Contest is starting! One class from EACH grade level will be a winner! Winners will receive a Popcorn Party, a Trophy and of course, Bragging Rights! Collect Boxtops beginning Thursday, October 15 through Friday November 6. Send your Box Tops to school packaged in quantities of 50 and put them in your teacherÒ³ box that is located in their classrooms! Let the collecting begin!

We will be sending our School Directory to print in the next few weeks and would like to extend to our families the opportunity to advertise. If you are interested in placing an ad in the directory please complete this form before the deadline of 10/30/15 and we will place it in the directory. Our goal is to get the directory out to everyone before Thanksgiving break!

Hello Herrington Volunteers! Two sessions of volunteer training have been scheduled on Tuesday October 20th. There will be one training session at 10:00 am and one at 6:30 pm; both will be held in the art room. We will be covering the what, where and when's of volunteering, a tour of the school and a hands on portion to learn how to use all the equipment. It will be a very informative and helpful training and will last about an hour and a half. If you are interested in attend

Yearbook Cover Contest 2015-2016: Calling All Herrington Students! We need YOU to design the cover of the Yearbook. Deadline for submissions is October 28, 2015. This contest is open to all Herrington Students You don't have to be a great artist to enter! Judges will be looking for art that shows creativity, school spirit, a well-drawn composition and genuine effort. Work not chosen for the cover may still be used somewhere in the yearbook.
